1. Seller and contact
EDIFIS SUD is operated by EDIFIS GROUP, 9 rue de la Perle, Z.I. Sidi Daoud, 2046 La Marsa, Tunisie. Contact: +216 70 736 934 — info@edifis-team.com. The selling entity, its tax identification and registration details appear on the commercial confirmation and invoice.
2. Enquiry and conclusion of the sale
Submitting the cart constitutes a request for confirmation, not a definitively accepted order. An adviser checks the product references, variants, quantities, prices, taxes, stock and transport arrangements.
The sale is concluded only after EDIFIS sends a complete summary, the customer approves it and EDIFIS confirms it in writing. The customer may request any corrections before giving that approval.
3. Products, variants and photographs
The binding dimensions, finishes, colours and product references are those of the variant specified in the confirmation. Photographs are illustrative; differences in shade may result from the screen or the production batch.
The labels “Price depends on variant” and “Price on request” require written confirmation of the price and configuration before any commitment.
4. Prices, taxes and promotions
Amounts are expressed in Tunisian dinars. The website offers prices excluding or including tax; the commercial confirmation states the total including tax, taxes, any stamp duty, delivery charges and any known additional charges.
Discounted products are offered only while the promotional stock actually available lasts. Restocking is not offered at the promotional price.
5. Payment
No payment is made on EDIFIS SUD when the enquiry is submitted. Payment methods, due dates and terms are provided in the commercial confirmation. No bank card details should be sent by email or entered in the comment field.
6. Delivery
The destination, cost, any insurance and estimated delivery time are confirmed before the sale is concluded. The delivery period starts under the conditions specified in the confirmation. Any unavailability discovered after confirmation is reported to the customer as soon as possible.
7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Subject to the exclusions provided by Tunisian law, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt. The request must be sent to info@edifis-team.com with the order number and the product references concerned; EDIFIS will then provide the return instructions and address.
Return costs remain the consumer's responsibility, except in cases of non-conformity or delay attributable to the seller. Following a compliant return, the refund is made within the statutory period. Personalised products or products ordered to specific requirements may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law permits and this exclusion was disclosed before confirmation.
8. Warranty, after-sales support and complaints
The manufacturer's warranty terms are specified in the confirmation or product documentation and do not restrict the consumer's statutory rights. An after-sales request must include the product reference, proof of purchase, the fault observed and, where possible, photographs.
Complaints may be sent to info@edifis-team.com. The parties first seek an amicable solution, without depriving the customer of the right to bring the matter before the competent Tunisian court.
