1. Gather the information that guides your choice
Specify your town and the nature of the project: renovating a room, fitting out a home or equipping several properties. Attach available plans, dimensions and photos of existing connections. A quantity schedule for each room makes repeated references easier to check.
For a replacement, note the reference of the equipment already installed. An overall photo and a photo of its label help identify the right part; similarity between two products is not enough to establish compatibility.
2. Check each set before ordering
For the basin area, check the cabinet and basin dimensions, tap hole and space for the trap together. For the shower, check the tray, enclosure, drainage and controls. For a wall-hung toilet, identify the support frame, cistern, flush plate and pan as a complete set.
In the kitchen, specify the cabinet’s internal width, worktop cut-out and drainer orientation. For surface coverings, send the net areas and have your installer calculate the cutting allowance before confirming the number of boxes.
3. Distinguish the product, variant and accessories
Keep the exact reference and finish of every item. When variants are available, check the row for your choice: dimensions, price and availability may differ. Not all equipment shown in a lifestyle photo is necessarily included.
The product page lists the available specifications and supplied items. Have any additional components needed for your installation confirmed separately to avoid discovering a missing part on site.
4. Prepare the quotation and delivery
Send your selection with quantities and contact details. The basket submits an enquiry: it takes no payment and does not replace written order confirmation. References, prices, availability and delivery arrangements are checked before approval.
Provide the exact delivery address, access details and an on-site contact. Flag narrow passages, upper floors and restrictions affecting bulky products. Transport costs and arrangements must be confirmed according to the load and destination.
Distinguish the supply lead time for a special-order item from the transport time for an available item. Have the schedule confirmed before booking your installer.
